Do you have a little one who loves to move and groove? Our Mommy & Me class is the perfect parent-child activity for your budding star! This engaging class introduces toddlers to the joy of music and dance through playful, hands-on activities featuring props, obstacle courses, and creative movement.
This is a teacher-led, parent-participation class designed for fun and connection. While the instructor guides the group through structured activities, the parent or caregiver is actively involved—encouraging, assisting, and dancing alongside their child every step of the way.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to bond, explore movement together, and spark a love of dance in your child—all while having a great time!
Only 1 child per adult
Available for ages 18 Months – 3 Years Old
Children must be walking
All children must be accompanied by participating adult that will be able to assist with all activities

POINTE
Pointe is a highly disciplined and advanced form of ballet where dancers perform on the tips of their toes using specially designed pointe shoes. It requires strength, control, proper alignment, and a strong foundation in classical ballet technique.
Our pointe classes are designed for students who have demonstrated the technical readiness, physical strength, and maturity required for this next level of ballet training. Dancers will focus on building ankle and core strength, refining technique, and developing the precision and grace needed for pointe work.
Classes include barre and center exercises, with careful attention to safety, progression, and individual development. Pointe training is introduced only with instructor approval to ensure a healthy and successful experience.

BALLET
Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles and emphasizes grace, discipline, and precise technique. Our ballet classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and musicality, while nurturing each dancer’s confidence and artistry.
Classes include traditional elements such as barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor combinations, all designed to build a strong technical base. Students will learn proper alignment, classical vocabulary, and movement quality in a structured and supportive environment.

PRINCESS BALLET
Our princess ballet class is a gentle and joyful introduction to the world of dance for our youngest dancers. Designed for children ages 3 to 4, this class focuses on creative movement, basic ballet steps, rhythm, and coordination in a fun, nurturing environment.
Through imaginative play, music, and simple dance exercises, children learn to follow instructions, take turns, and express themselves—all while developing balance, posture, and motor skills.
Baby Ballet encourages a love of dance while building confidence and social skills, setting the perfect foundation for future dance training.

CONTEMPORARY
Contemporary dance is a dynamic and expressive style that blends elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance to create powerful, fluid movement driven by emotion and storytelling. It encourages dancers to explore their individuality, creativity, and connection to music.
In our contemporary classes, students will focus on technique, improvisation, floor work, and musicality, while developing strength, control, and expressive movement quality. Choreography often explores themes and emotions, giving dancers the opportunity to convey personal and artistic expression through motion.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT
This class is a fun introductory class for both boys and girls and focuses on the basics of movement (skipping), balance (standing on one leg), strength (forward rolls), and coordination (rhythm and basic dance technique).

JAZZ
Our Jazz classes focus on building a strong foundation in proper dance technique, with an emphasis on body isolations, musicality, performance quality, and mastering complex rhythms and patterns.
Students will be introduced to a variety of jazz styles—including Broadway, Street, and Contemporary—to foster versatility and help them grow into well-rounded dancers.
The curriculum is rooted in classical ballet technique, layered with traditional and modern jazz movement. Each class includes a structured warm-up, stretching, isolation exercises, across-the-floor progressions, and choreographed combinations.
As dancers advance, the material will become more intricate and challenging, allowing students to continuously develop their skill, precision, and expression.

TAP
Tap dance is a timeless and rhythmic art form that transforms the dancer into a percussive instrument. Characterized by the sound of tap shoes striking the floor, it blends movement and music in a uniquely expressive way.

HIP HOP
Our Hip Hop classes are high-energy, expressive, and open to boys, girls, men, and women of all ages and experience levels. These classes provide a space for students to let loose, be themselves, and build confidence through movement.
Hip Hop is a dynamic and ever-evolving urban dance style influenced by street culture and today’s popular music. Set to the latest hits in rap, R&B, and pop, our classes draw inspiration from top choreographers seen in music videos and performances around the world.
Students will explore a variety of techniques including popping, locking, breaking, and freestyle, while also being encouraged to develop their own unique style and creativity.
